1.1 By accessing or using Ninja Saga, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, and if you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2.1 All products and services offered through Ninja Saga are digital in nature, this includes, but is not limited to, in-game currencies (Tokens, Gold), Ninja Emblem memberships, and any other virtual items or upgrades.
3.1 All digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, and once a transaction is completed and the product has been delivered to your account, the purchase is considered fulfilled.
4.1 All sales are final, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products purchased through our platform, and by completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
4.2 The digital product will be delivered to your account immediately upon payment.
4.3 You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal once the product has been delivered.
4.4 Opening a refund request, chargeback, or payment dispute after receiving your digital product is a violation of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of your account, the violation is the act of opening the request itself, so this applies regardless of the outcome: your account is banned even if the request is rejected, withdrawn, or closed without any money being returned to you.
5.1 Your account is for your personal use only, and selling, buying, trading, or transferring accounts to other players is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be involved in selling or purchasing will be permanently banned without warning or refund, this applies to both the seller and the buyer.
6.1 You are responsible for keeping your account details safe, so do not share your password, your email access, or your login details with anyone, including friends, clan members, or people offering to help you.
6.2 Anything done on your account is treated as done by you, whether or not you were the one playing at the time, so if you share your account and it is then used to break these terms, the ban applies to the account and to you.
6.3 We do not restore accounts that are lost, emptied, or banned because the details were shared, guessed, or handed over to a phishing site, and our staff will never ask you for your password.
7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to: filing fraudulent chargebacks, exploiting game mechanics, account selling or trading, or engaging in any form of abuse.
7.2 A ban applies to you as a person, not only to the account it was issued on, so creating a new account to get around a ban is not allowed, and any new account you make while banned will be banned as well, and doing this can turn a temporary ban into a permanent one.
7.3 This also covers accounts made for you by someone else, and accounts you take over from another player in order to keep playing while banned.
7.4 Any account that a banned player logs into will be banned as well, whoever that account belongs to, so if you let a banned player onto your account you are putting your own account at risk, which is one more reason not to share your login details with anyone.
8.1 We care a great deal about the integrity of the game, and we do our best to keep our competitive features as fair as possible for everyone taking part in them, ranked play is only worth anything if the results are honest, so we treat cheating in these modes seriously.
8.2 Our online modes are monitored by an automatic anti cheat system (A.C.P), it runs continuously and reviews matches on its own.
8.3 Cheating in PvE can have your ranking score deducted and your account permanently banned.
8.4 Cheating in Clan War can have your clan's reputation deducted and your account permanently banned, and because reputation is shared, cheating here affects your whole clan, not only you.
8.5 Deductions are not always applied immediately and may be issued at any point after the matches in question, they can be applied during a season, or after a season has already ended but before the final results are published, which means your standing can still change once the season is over, and scores, reputation, and any rewards gained through cheating may be removed at any time.
8.6 If someone else cheats while using your account, the strike still lands on your account and you remain responsible for it, and we do not lift bans or return deductions because you tell us that another person was playing at the time.
8.7 Deductions and bans issued for cheating are final, and no refund is given for anything purchased on the account.
9.1 Ninja Saga is an evolving game, so we may add, change, rebalance, or remove weapons, backitems, accessories, clothing, skills, set effects, pets, drop rates, events, and any other game content at any time, without notice and without compensation.
9.2 This includes items you have paid for. Buying an item gives you the right to use it as the game currently works, not a guarantee that its stats, effects, or availability will stay the same forever.
9.3 If an item is changed, rebalanced, or removed after you bought it, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind, that applies to real money and to in-game currency alike, so you cannot ask for your Tokens or Gold back on the grounds that the item no longer performs the way it did when you bought it.
10.1 These rules apply everywhere our community gathers: in the game, on our Discord server, and on social media, and breaking them can get you banned from the game and from Discord at the same time.
10.2 Making accusations against the owner or the staff team.
10.3 Impersonating the owner or a member of staff, or using their name to threaten other players with bans or punishments.
10.4 Starting or fuelling drama on Discord or on social media.
10.5 Spreading misinformation about the game.
10.6 Accusing other players of cheating in public, or claiming publicly that the game has cheaters in it, hedged wording counts too, so saying things like "I think they are cheating" or "I think there are cheaters here" falls under this rule, and it applies whether or not you name anyone, and if you believe someone is cheating, report it through the support ticket system with whatever evidence you have, and we will look into it. Public accusations only create drama and will be treated as such, whether or not the person turns out to be cheating, and this can get you banned both in the game and on Discord.
10.7 Offering, advertising, or using piloting services, meaning letting someone else play on your account or playing on someone else's.
10.8 Distributing cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, panels, or modified clients.
10.9 Scamming other players, including taking real money in exchange for skills, weapons, back items, clothing, or items and never delivering them.
10.10 Cheating yourself, in any form.
10.11 Abusing bugs or exploits instead of reporting them, so if you find a bug, report it to the staff team, and using it, or sharing it with others so they can use it, will get your account banned.
10.12 Spamming the bug report channels, so check whether a bug has already been reported before you post it, do not post the same bug again and again, and keep your language civil when reporting, and repeatedly spamming these channels can get you muted on Discord.
10.13 Causing trouble in general, or simply not acting maturely.
10.14 Placing an unreasonable burden on the staff team or on the community, this includes harassing staff over decisions, demanding attention, repeatedly reopening matters that have already been settled, and any conduct that makes it harder for staff to do their work or for other players to enjoy the game.
10.15 Ninja Saga is a game and is intended to be enjoyed as one. We ask everyone to keep that in perspective and to treat other players and the staff team with basic respect, and if you no longer enjoy the game you are free to stop playing at any time, but that does not give you the right to spoil it for the players who do, whether by discouraging them from playing, campaigning against the game in our spaces, or otherwise trying to drive people away, and we reserve the right to remove any person from the game and from our community whose conduct is persistently disruptive, even where no single rule listed above has been broken.
10.16 Depending on how serious the behaviour is, we may mute you on Discord, ban your Discord account, ban your game account, or apply all of these at once. A ban does not entitle you to a refund for anything you have already purchased.
11.1 We do not host or store any profile pictures on our servers, the profile pictures shown in Ninja Saga are provided through Gravatar, a third-party service, and are linked to the email address on your account, and displaying your Gravatar picture is turned off by default, and it stays hidden until you choose to enable it in your settings.
11.2 To add or change your picture, you must do so on the Gravatar website (gravatar.com) using your account email, and we have no control over the images hosted on Gravatar, and any picture you set is subject to Gravatar's own terms and privacy policy, and if you have not set up a Gravatar picture, a default avatar is shown instead.
12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and without notice, and we are under no obligation to announce, publish, or otherwise notify anyone that these terms have changed, and changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, so it is your responsibility to check this page from time to time, and continued use of Ninja Saga after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
