All products and services offered through Ninja Saga are digital in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, in-game currencies (Tokens, Gold), Ninja Emblem memberships, and any other virtual items or upgrades.
All digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Once a transaction is completed and the product has been delivered to your account, the purchase is considered fulfilled.
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products purchased through our platform. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The digital product will be delivered to your account immediately upon payment.
- You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal once the product has been delivered.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your digital product is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of your account.
Your account is for your personal use only. Selling, buying, trading, or transferring accounts to other players is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be involved in selling or purchasing will be permanently banned without warning or refund. This applies to both the seller and the buyer.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to: filing fraudulent chargebacks, exploiting game mechanics, account selling or trading, or engaging in any form of abuse.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Ninja Saga after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
